Ameba Z2 AWS IoT ExpressLink Devkit is built on the Realtek RTL8720CM SoC and offers direct access and connections to the AWS Cloud with pre-installed AWS IoT ExpressLink, for quick establishment of IoT(Internet of Things) applications.
AWS IoT ExpressLink is connectivity software that powers a range of hardware modules developed and offered by AWS partners. It meets AWS security requirements, allowing users to navigate the complex world of networking and encryption layers without software programs or encryption expertise, and quickly and easily develop IoT devices that can be securely connected to the AWS cloud.
This development board uses a serial interface (UART) and an abstracted Application Programming Interface (API) to connect any host application processor to AWS IoT Core and its services. With easy access to over 200 AWS cloud services, you can collect, store and analyze various data in the cloud and seamlessly integrate with a series of AWS services. With the OTA firmware upgrade method, you can realize safe and convenient equipment upgrades.
Additionally, it combines an ARM® ARMV8M KM4 MCU architecture, carrying 802.11n Wi-Fi radio and Bluetooth wireless capabilities, mounted with multiple interfaces including UART, SPI, PWM, and I2C, along with configurable GPIOs, all of which are designed for IoT applications and control flexibility.
